What a fabulous end to a day on the Argentia ferry. The Rose Room was so very comfortable and homey. Went to sleep dreaming of a long soak in the big tub but couldn't crawl out of the comfortable cocoon surrounding me. The promise of homemade pancakes and partridgeberry jam was the only means of moving me downstairs, and was it ever worth the effort. Fabulous breakfast right down to the ends of the molasses raisin bread. Well Done!

Many thanks for a wonderful stay. It was lovely to see the pride you took in making our stay so welcoming and comfortable. Thank you, also for all the extra care you took for my allergies.

This B&B is excellent. the home made soaps, home made bread (molasses raisin and whole wheat), beautiful outside garden with waterfall/fish and herbs, extensive collection of books and videos of NFLD and Labrador and friendship of Linda and Philip made it extra special. Would love to return to see your new Cafe. Thank you

This tops all of the B&B 's we have ever stayed in. Beautiful home and hospitality. Our dinner was the best we have experienced this holiday. The tastes were amazing, but your ability to accommodate Colin's Celiac diet was very much appreciated, Philip. Thank-you and good luck with your Cafe. We will be back.

We will not forget the warm welcome you gave to two dripping wet bikers. Tea and cookies were wonderful. We will remember your hospitality as one of our many good moments on our cross Canada bike ride. P.S. Delicious Breakfast.

Oh, the bread...and the peaceful garden full of herbs. We have been well (but not overly) fed. This lovely B&B is all one could ever hope for. Thank you and may God smile upon you.

Hurricane Igor. We were "unwashed" and simply looking for power...but we found the unmarked gem on the map. Will remember the colourful, tasty porridge, absolutely delicious molasses raisin toast and of course Philip and Linda. Our Newfoundland trips are always memorable adventures.
