If you are renting a vehicle, ask for directions to the Trans Canada Highway. Most car rental agencies will give you a map of the local area.
- Follow the Trans Canada Highway, also known as Highway 1 or the TCH, West for about 1 hour.
- Turn left onto Hwy 100 to Placentia, just past the Irving Gas Station.
- Just past the town of Dunville, turn left onto Ferndale Road.
- Follow Ferndale Road along the waterfront to Placentia.
- As soon as you cross over the bridge into Placentia you will see a large yellow building on your left, Belle’s Restaurant. Turn left in front of this building and follow the waterfront three blocks to Rosedale Manor.
